Green’s Lick is now my Biznitch

I decided to add a run up Green’s Lick trail to a 15 mile training loop yesterday. I hit the bottom of Green’s Lick at about 8-9 miles and kept a running pace all the way to the top. It hurt like hell on a few sections, but I made it. ‘Nuff said.
